Complete the Toyota Customer Experience Survey for a chance to win your vehicle’s next scheduled logbook service.
Promotional Period
The promotion runs from 12:00am AET 1 January 2026 to 11:59pm AET 31 December 2026.
Eligibility
Entry is open to customers who:
- Receive a Toyota Customer Experience Survey invitation via email or SMS during the promotional period, and
- Successfully complete the survey before it expires.
Survey invitations are sent by Toyota to eligible customers, including:
- New Toyota vehicle customers (Private & Bronze)
- Toyota Certified Pre-Owned (TCPO) customers
- Toyota Service Advantage (TSA) customers
- Warranty customers
Customers who have previously opted out of Toyota surveys will not receive an invitation and are therefore not eligible to enter.
Prize Draw Details
Quarterly prize draws will be conducted by John Cole Toyota (ABN 40 010 944 206) at 7813 Kennedy Highway, Atherton QLD 4883, on or around the following dates:
- 10 April 2026
- 10 July 2026
- 9 October 2026
- 8 January 2027
Each draw will award two (2) winners, with a total of eight (8) prizes awarded across the promotional period.
The prize:
- Is valid for the winner’s next Toyota Service Advantage (TSA) logbook service, or first non-TSA logbook service only
- Is valid for the vehicle associated with the survey invitation (eligible VIN) only
- Is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash
- Cannot be used for any additional repairs, maintenance, or non-scheduled work. Any additional work carried out at the time of service will be charged to the customer
- Will be forfeited if transferred, sold, or attempted to be redeemed for a vehicle other than the eligible VIN
The service must be completed within the manufacturer’s scheduled service interval, based on kilometres or time, whichever occurs first.
Prize Redemption
The prize is ONLY valid and redeemable at:
- John Cole Toyota Atherton, or
- John Cole Toyota Innisfail
Winner Notification & Publication
Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the draw.
Winner details (first name and last initial) will be published within two (2) weeks of the draw at:

If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, the prize may be deemed unclaimed.
